AC99 Terms and Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

AC99.fun is an internationally licensed online gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to AC99's website, mobile application, and all related services.

AC99 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to keep your account secure. AC99's liability for unauthorized access to your account is limited — however, we are always ready to help.

AC99 is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Minors are prohibited from using the platform. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

KYC Verification Process

AC99 complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. Prior to withdrawal, or at any time, AC99 may request the following documents to verify your identity:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership
• Selfie photo (where applicable)

Deposits on AC99 can be made via mobile banking, e-wallets, and other approved payment methods. All transactions are processed in BDT.

Deposit Policy

• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.

• As a general rule, you may not claim another bonus while one is already active.
• AC99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Fraudulent or incorrect bonus claims may result in account termination.

All games on AC99 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Every outcome is entirely random and not predetermined. Neither AC99 nor any game provider can know or alter results in advance.

• Each game's rules and RTP (Return to Player) information are available within the game itself.
• Exploiting any bug or glitch in the gaming software for gain is strictly prohibited.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, any incomplete bets will be considered void.
• AC99 reserves the right to correct any erroneous payouts resulting from a technical error.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ac99. Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Bonus fraud or attempting to artificially fulfil wagering requirements
• Using any software, bot, or automated tool to play games
• Attempting to hack or launch a cyberattack on the platform
• Fraudulent conduct toward other users
• Spreading false information in the name of AC99

• Gaming sessions or transactions interrupted due to loss of internet connection
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment providers
• For account credential theft or misuse resulting from the user's own negligence
• Service disruptions caused by unexpected technical issues or force majeure events

AC99 is always committed to resolving issues promptly and providing fair assistance to any affected users.

AC99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the following circumstances:

• Where clear evidence of a terms violation is found
• Suspected fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification
• For accounts inactive over an extended period

You may request account closure at any time through our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance before the account is closed (provided verification is complete).

AC99 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The English version of these Terms is the governing document — in the event of any conflict with a translation in another language, the English version shall prevail.
